All of our pads fit this niche, meant to relieve knee pressure while you dig, weed, or plant. Nothing bloats, no unrelated accessories. If you kneel, you'll find a comfortable helper here.
2. Do you ship outside the US? Our store currently only ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We cannot accept international orders at this time. If you are in one of those US locations, we will be happy to send your kneeling pad your way.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping, which costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, meaning the countdown starts once your parcel leaves our facility. You'll get better numbers via tracking email.
4. What if I want to return a kneeling pad? You may return an unused pad in its packaging within 7 days from delivery. Please contact us first to start the process. The customer covers return shipping unless we sent a defective piece. Once we receive the item carefully, refund is handled promptly.
5. How can I track my order? After dispatch, we email your tracking number by mail, so you view its progress online. The variety carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is chosen by shipping and will boost the most recent status update. If you don't see it, check promo folder or write to us.
